Return policy

We do not offer refunds. Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for orders. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our shop. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake or pastry during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. You will be given instructions on how to carry, transport, and store your cake upon pick up. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.

Cancellations or changes to existing orders can be made in person or over the phone only, and 3 full business days prior to the pick-up date. Note: 5 full business days notice during major Holidays and Graduation season.

Where is Patisserie Orlando located?

Patisserie Orlando is based in Novato, California and serves customers throughout Marin County and the Bay Area through local pickup, preorder collections, and select Saturday pop-up events. It's physical address is 1555 South Novato Blvd.

Do you have a storefront?

Patisserie Orlando currently operates through preorder pickups and pop-up events rather than a traditional retail storefront. This allows us to focus on small-batch production, freshness, and carefully curated French pastries.

What are your hours?

Because we operate primarily through preorders and scheduled pop-up events, hours vary depending on production schedules and pickup windows. Current pickup times, preorder deadlines, and event schedules are listed on our website and checkout calendar.

How do preorders work?

Customers can place orders online through our website by selecting available pastries and choosing an available pickup date during checkout. IMPORTANT: On some occasions, the pick up calendar isn't shown during checkout precess. If this happens, first refresh your browser, if that doesn't work, contact us to help you put your order through. If you put an order through without the calendar, you may not get your dessert on the day you need it. Thank you.

When do preorders close?

Preorder deadlines are at 2:45pm each day. If you order after that time, one day will be added to the lead time of your dessert. For pop-up event preorders, deadline to order is 30 minutes before the pop up ends. Note that some pastries may sell out before preorder window officially closes.

Do you offer same-day orders?

Same-day orders are only available during pop up events. Orders from the website vary from 1 - 3 days lead time. Preordering in advance is strongly recommended for specialty French pastries and holiday desserts.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup instructions and location details are provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Most pickups take place at the commercial kitchen located at 1555 S. Novato Blvd. Preorders for pop ups will be picked up, same day, at the pop up location which is posted on the pop up schedule.

What are your pop-up events? When are they?

Patisserie Orlando hosts curated Saturday pop-up pastry events in Novato and throughout Marin County featuring authentic French pastries, seasonal desserts, and limited specialty items available for preorder pickup and onsite purchase while supplies last.

Upcoming pop-up events, preorder windows, and pastry menus are listed on our Pop-Up Events page and announced through Instagram, Facebook, and our email newsletter.

What pastries are you known for?

Our signature pastries include Basque cheesecake, Canele, Gateau Basque, Galette des Rois, handcrafted travel cakes, éclairs, tea cakes, and other authentic French pastries inspired by traditional French patisserie.

How can I stay updated on new pastry releases?

Customers can follow Patisserie Orlando on Instagram and Facebook or join our email newsletter for updates on weekly pastry releases, pop-up schedules, seasonal desserts, preorder announcements, and limited specialty collections.

Are your pastries made fresh?

Yes. All pastries and desserts are handcrafted in small batches using traditional French baking techniques and prepared fresh for each order and pop-up event.

Do you offer gluten-free pastries?

Yes, we occasionally offer select gluten-free pastries and desserts. Availability varies by menu and season. Please review individual product descriptions for ingredient details.

Do you offer wholesale pastries?
