We don't miss a Pâtisserie Orlando pop-up! Everything is so tasty, but we definitely have our favorites- chocolate eclairs for the boys, a canele for the piano teacher, a minimum of three slices of Basque cheesecake for some of our favorite folks.

The fantastic textures, flavors and the beauty of Sal's pastries such as Paris Brest, gateau basque and canelé are divine. The canelés have a crunchy cinnamon caramel exterior and moist fluffy yum on the inside - perfect.
Simply amazing! Make sure to treat yourself to this incredible dessert. It is pricey but worth it for a special occasion. I ordered it to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday and it did not disappoint!
My husband and I love love love the Basque Cheesecake, but weren't sure how the rest of the family would feel about it since it was different from what theyre used to.
