Galette des Rois — a golden, flaky, and buttery delight. This iconic French pastry, traditionally shared on January 6th to mark Epiphany, is filled with a delicious almond frangipane pastry cream.
A ceramic fève and paper crown are included in December and January.

For those who haven’t been to France especially during the Épiphanie time I strongly recommend to try… I felt like I was back in France testing that first slide :-).
For almond paste/frangipane lover please don’t miss it.
Great galette like in France ! We ordered the classic one with the almond filling and we requested a special one with apple filling.
Both of them were delicious and all my guests loved them.
